REMEMBER to add 'b=1' to url params to enable bridal stuff.
REMEMBER to add 'e=1' to url params to enable ecommerce stuff.
REMEMBER to add 'sknID=1' to force ENABLE skin categorisation for this projkey.
REMEMBER to add 'sm=1' to enable Facebook link, =2 for Twitter, =1,2 for both.
REMEMBER to add 'catID=x' where x is the attribute key in the db, to default to a particular prod categorisation.
REMEMBER to add 'recLook=x' for recommended looks : {0,1,2,3...} => {all, #1, ...etc}. No key / blank key => no rec looks menu.
REMEMBER to add combinations of {MKCustomerID=, MKConsultantID=, MKSubsidiaryID=} to url test consultant sessions.
You need both the consultantID and subsidiaryID to enable a 'consultant-only' session.
You need all 3 MK params to enable a 'consulting' session where you can upload a customer photo.
